DuraktaGizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Durakta iOS uygulamasının ve duraktapp.com web sitesinin hangi verileri, hangi amaçla ve nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Durakta'yı kullanmak için hesap oluşturman gerekmez; adın, e-posta adresin veya telefon numaran gibi kimlik bilgilerini istemeyiz.
1. Uygulamada işlenen veriler
Konum verisi
Takibi başlattığında, ineceğin durağa olan uzaklığını hesaplayabilmek için cihazının konumu okunur. "Her Zaman" konum izni verirsen, ekran kilitliyken ve uygulama arka plandayken de seni uyarabilmek için konum takip süresince arka planda okunmaya devam eder.
Konumun yalnızca cihazında işlenir. Sunucularımıza veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez ve kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Takibi durdurduğunda konum okuması sona erer.
Bildirimler
Durağına yaklaştığında gösterilen bildirimler cihazında yerel olarak oluşturulur. Uzaktan bildirim altyapısı kullanmayız ve cihazına ait bir bildirim kimliği toplamayız. Bildirim iznini istediğin zaman iPhone Ayarları'ndan geri alabilirsin.
Cihazda saklanan tercihler
Uygulamayı her açtığında baştan ayar yapmaman için bazı bilgiler yalnızca cihazında saklanır: dil ve tema tercihin, seçtiğin alarm sesi, son seçtiğin hat ve durak, devam eden takip bilgisi, tanıtım ekranını görüp görmediğin, izin sorularının durumu ve tamamlanan yolculuk sayısı. Bu bilgiler bize gönderilmez ve uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazından silinir.
Toplu taşıma verileri için yapılan istekler
Hat, durak, canlı araç konumu, sefer saati ve duyuru bilgilerini almak için uygulama internet üzerinden istek gönderir. Bu isteklerde yalnızca hat ve durak kodları gibi toplu taşıma bilgileri bulunur; senin konumun bulunmaz.
- Otobüs verileri, İETT'nin herkese açık servislerinden bizim sunucumuz aracılığıyla alınır. Sunucumuz Supabase altyapısında çalışır.
- Tramvay verileri doğrudan İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin (Metro İstanbul) herkese açık servisinden alınır.
Harita
Haritalar Apple Haritalar ile gösterilir. Harita görüntülerinin yüklenmesi Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Değerlendirme isteği
Birkaç başarılı yolculuktan sonra uygulama, Apple'ın kendi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Bu pencere ve verdiğin puan tamamen Apple tarafından yönetilir; puanın bize iletilmez.
2. Kullanmadıklarımız
- Reklam göstermiyoruz ve reklam kimliğine erişmiyoruz.
- Analitik, takip veya profil çıkarma araçları kullanmıyoruz.
- Verilerini satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
3. Saklama süresi
Konum verisi saklanmaz; yalnızca takip sırasında cihazının belleğinde kullanılır. Cihazında tutulan tercihler, uygulamayı silene kadar cihazında kalır.
4. Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin. Kimlik bilgisi toplamadığımız ve konumunu sunucularımızda saklamadığımız için bu bilgiler çoğu durumda yalnızca kendi cihazında bulunur. Taleplerin için bize yazabilirsin; genellikle 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
5. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı uygulama veya sitede yaptığımız değişikliklere göre güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstteki tarih güncellenir.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Durakta iOS app and the duraktapp.com website process, why, and how. You don't need an account to use Durakta, and we never ask for identifying details such as your name, email address or phone number.
1. Data processed in the app
Location
When you start tracking, your device's location is read to work out how far you are from your stop. If you grant "Always" location access, it keeps being read in the background during tracking so you can be alerted while your screen is locked or the app is in the background.
Your location is processed only on your device. It is never sent to our servers or third parties and is not stored permanently. Location reading stops when you stop tracking.
Notifications
The notifications shown as your stop approaches are created locally on your device. We don't use a remote notification service and we don't collect any device notification identifier. You can turn notifications off at any time in iPhone Settings.
Preferences stored on your device
So you don't have to set things up every time, some information is stored only on your device: your language and theme, the alarm sound you chose, your last line and stop, ongoing tracking details, whether you have seen the intro screen, the state of permission prompts and the number of completed trips. This information is never sent to us and is deleted when you delete the app.
Requests for transit data
To get line, stop, live vehicle position, timetable and announcement information, the app sends requests over the internet. These requests contain only transit information such as line and stop codes, never your location.
- Bus data is fetched from İETT's public services through our server, which runs on Supabase.
- Tram data is fetched directly from the public service of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (Metro Istanbul).
Maps
Maps are shown with Apple Maps. Loading map imagery is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Rating prompt
After a few successful trips, the app may show Apple's own rating prompt. This prompt and your rating are handled entirely by Apple; your rating is not shared with us.
2. What we don't use
- We don't show ads or access the advertising identifier.
- We don't use analytics, tracking or profiling tools.
- We don't sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
3. Retention
Location data is not stored; it is used only in your device's memory during tracking. Preferences kept on your device stay there until you delete the app.
4. Your rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Because we don't collect identity information or store your location on our servers, this data usually exists only on your own device. You can write to us with any request; we usually reply within 30 days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the app or website changes. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
